My sister and I stayed at TownePlace Suites for two nights while visiting friends and family for the holidays, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room with two queen beds was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of closet space and a convenient full kitchen for snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, great coffee, and relaxing in the hot tub. Overall, a great stay—we would absolutely return.

I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Canton, Michigan while visiting family and friends and chose it based on a recommendation. Before arriving, I noticed a mix of reviews that left me slightly concerned, but after my stay, I honestly wondered if some of the negative feedback was meant for a neighboring property. It simply didn’t align with my experience at this newer Marriott hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk with local dining suggestions. My room was spotless, well cared for, and very comfortable. The entire property felt clean and well maintained. I appreciated the spacious gym, and the pool and laundry areas were also very clean and inviting. Breakfast was served every morning with plenty of great options and no limits. The location is excellent, with easy access to expressways and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and hardworking. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again and confidently recommend this hotel.
I have stayed at a couple hotels in the area and this hotel is one of the better ones. The staff has been helpful and friendly the entire time. While no one is perfect, they are good people and provide good service. You should give them a shot. Plus you can grill your own food, which is a bonus.
We had a great weekend stay at TownePlace Suites in Canton, Michigan while in town for the University of Michigan football game! The hotel was spotless, and our room was incredibly comfortable and well-kept. The entire place felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
I like the hotel a lot and stay here every time I’m in Canton for work. It’s a great location for shopping and eating and it’s literally 7 minutes from my job’s corporate office There is a lady at the front desk I normally deal with when I arrive and she is very pleasant. The rooms are pretty nice and could stand a tad bit better linens (towels and sheets). The grounds are very clean Breakfast is standard continental I however can take or leave the rest of the staff with a $200 deposit and it’s never been this much before. I may look into a different hotel next time I’m in Canton
I stayed two months in TownePlace Canton for business. Strategic location, close to any kind of service, restaurants and 20 minutes from the Airport. The hotel is clean, calm and the staff always available. Big parking, gym and nice swimming pool. Suggested!
I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and in excellent condition. They even come with full kitchen in the rooms with dishwasher and fridge! The pool and gym was nice and clean as well. The breakfast was decent! I would definitely come back here again! I enjoy my overall stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly as well and the rooms were very affordable as well!
